When I first started exercising I had to start at home. I was a full time mom with two kids under two years old. So finding time to go to the gym was not exactly easy or ideal.
I started out doing workout dvds. You can pretty much go to any library now to rent these. Or even better, YouTube.
But my all time favorite was a YouTube channel I found called, Fitness Blender. Its a husband and wife team that have tons of different kinds of workouts. Its where I first started doing HIIT cardio workouts.
